Medical: Overview

Southeastern Technology utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled personnel to produce close tolerance medical devices (implants and instruments) from stainless steel, titanium, plastics and various composites.  We focus on project management from prototype through production.

Our capabilities include three, four and five axis CNC milling, conventional milling, Swiss turning capabilities, sinker and wire EDM, grinding, welding, precision de-burring, laser engraving, cleaning and all types of coating processes.

Southeastern Technology offers design and engineering support that can assist you in your projects from concept through to the final product launch. Our software capabilities include Solidworks, Autodesk AutoCad and Master Cam. We are able to work with most software models.

Southeastern Technology, along with our strategic partnership programs, have a level of support that includes over 92 CNC mills, 50 lathes, 10 Swiss machines, 12 screw machines, and a variety of secondary equipment to support the customers’ requirements.
